The choir was formed in 1928 by Welshmen who had come to Oxford looking for work at William Morris's car factory and Pressed Steel. Some of us are Welsh, many of us have Welsh connections, but together, we all enjoy the unique four-part harmony that makes a choir Welsh.

Oxon Drama is an Oxfordshire based group, providing Drama Classes for Adults. Experienced Actor/Director and Teacher Rachel-Mae Brady runs Beginner and Intermediate Level courses, all of which run for eight weeks and are very modestly priced. The aim of the classes is to provide an enjoyable atmosphere for people, in which to learn and create. We have managed to put on at least one production a year for over 10 years now and they've all turned out to be quite good (to our absolute amazement in some cases!) so we're very lucky now to have very supportive audiences and a lot of willing helpers in the village.
If you'd like to find out more come to our next AGM (watch the website for details), contact any committee members or e-mail our Secretary at secretary@shaddo.org.uk.
We'll do our very best to make you feel welcome.
